Overview

MapKit embeds interactive maps with markers, overlays, Look Around and points of interest, plus search, autocomplete and directions. In SwiftUI, a Map with a few markers is just a few lines.

MapKit JS brings the same maps to the web, and the Apple Maps Server API handles geocoding and search from your server.

SwiftUI Map

Markers, annotations and overlays declaratively.

Search and places

Autocomplete, points of interest and place cards.

Look Around

Street-level imagery inside your app.

Web and server

MapKit JS and the Apple Maps Server API.

ParkMap.swift
import MapKit import SwiftUI struct ParkMap: View { let park = CLLocationCoordinate2D(latitude: 37.3349, longitude: -122.0090) var body: some View { Map { Marker("Apple Park", systemImage: "apple.logo", coordinate: park) } .mapStyle(.standard(elevation: .realistic)) } }
