Wallet
Apple's app for boarding passes, tickets, coupons and store cards, with APIs to add and update them.
Overview
Apple Wallet keeps boarding passes, event tickets, coupons, store cards, gift cards and keys in one place on iPhone and Apple Watch. Passes are time- and location-aware, so they can appear on the Lock Screen when relevant, and they can be updated with push notifications.
Developers create passes signed with an Apple-issued certificate and distribute them from an app, by email or on the web. The PassKit framework adds passes from an app and also hosts Apple Pay. Newer additions include poster event tickets, redesigned boarding passes, and the Verify with Wallet API for checking age or identity with IDs in Wallet.
