Overview
Xcode beta is the pre-release version of Xcode that Apple publishes during each OS beta cycle. It includes beta SDKs for upcoming iOS, iPadOS, macOS, tvOS, visionOS and watchOS releases, so you can build and debug against new APIs before they ship.
You download betas from the Apple Developer website by signing in with an Apple Account; Developer Program membership isn't required. A beta can run next to the release Xcode. Apple asks you to submit to App Store Connect with release candidate or final builds, and builds made with a beta Xcode can't be submitted for review.
